Navigation Appointments.
Arranging a psychological assessment with someone you have never before met can be daunting. You may be unsure if you are ready to work with a psychologist, whether now is the right time to start psychological treatment, or whether your needs will be met by psychological methods of intervention. For people who are uncertain, an initial navigation appointment can be a great place to start. A navigation appointment will allow us to meet together briefly, to discuss your difficulties and what you hope to achieve in broad terms, and to advise what might be most helpful for you including any recommended referrals.
Psychological Assessment & Treatment Appointments.
The purpose of psychological assessment is to identify key problem areas or difficulties that you would like to change, to understand how these developed, and what has maintained them or made them worse over time. Your assessment appointment will involve a comprehensive clinical interview and may also use other measures or sources of information. Assessment allows the development of a treatment plan that is tailored to meet your needs. Psychological treatment sessions tend to be structured and aim to target the factors that have been maintaining your identified problem areas. Treatment typically occurs at regular intervals for a time-limited period, progress is reviewed, and refinements to the treatment plan may be made if necessary.
Clinical Supervision & Training.
Clinical Supervision and Training is available for professional colleagues in accordance with clinical practice and registration requirements. Supervision generally occurs at regular intervals for one hour. Training requirements can be discussed, and presentations tailored to meet the objectives and needs of specific audiences.

Fees.
Navigation Appointments - $90.
A 30 minute consultation to discuss your presenting difficulties and obtain broad initial recommendations.
Psychological Assessment - $300*.
A comprehensive 90 minute clinical interview, which may also include other sources of information to aid in the development of an individualised treatment plan. A brief assessment report will be completed outlining tailored treatment recommendations to address the factors maintaining your presenting difficulties.
Psychological Treatment Appointments - $180 per session.
Treatment sessions occur at agreed upon intervals and for a predetermined time period. Each 50 minute session is tailored to address your treatment plan. A brief treatment report will outline the methods used and progress made upon completing intervention.
Clinical Supervision Appointments - $180 per session.
Clinical Supervision of professional colleagues occurs at mutually agreed upon intervals, and in accordance with a shared supervision contract. Supervision sessions generally occur over 60 minute sessions.
Tailored Professional Training Packages - $180 per hour.
Professional training packages will be based on the time required to prepare evidence based training materials, the time required to present this material, and the cost of sourcing any additional resources – such as printing, hiring facilities or equipment, etc.
*Specialised assessments such as those involving cognitive testing or requiring detailed reporting may be arranged with fees to be negotiated.
